Sales and Marketing Professionals
The Franklin Park company is expanding its marketing team and is looking for additional talent.
We currently operate four upscale retirement communities in San Antonio: Franklin Park Sonterra, The Landing at Stone Oak, Franklin Park TPC Parkway and Franklin Park Alamo Heights. Additional Franklin Park properties are located in Boerne, Round Rock and the Dallas area.
Our communities offer from one to three levels of living: independent living, assisted living and/or memory care. Each property has its own unique style but all have a range of amenities including theater, art studio, recreation and/or fitness areas, and furnished outdoor spaces. Many Franklin Parks also have a therapy dog in residence.
We are looking for people with proven success in retirement housing sales/marketing or other relationship selling to older adults. Successful candidates have warm, friendly personalities and a sincere passion for working with older adults and their families. You must be comfortable closing sales and working in all aspects of marketing, from cold calling to promotional events to walk-in tours.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- ability to be on your feet throughout the workday
- willingness to work extended days, evenings and weekends as needed
- experience in Microsoft Office as well as a business database such as Yardi
- strong team-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Familiarity with the ADA, Fair Housing Act, and/or Texas regulations governing assisted living and memory care a plus.
